Academic Requirements:
Candidates who are from the General or the OBC or the UPS category and seeking to get into the Engg colleges in India via JEE are to duly complete their 12th Grade final exam or any other similar grade exam together with subjects: Phsc, Chem, Math, Bio. They must have bagged fifty percent mark at a minimum. Other the other hand, applicants from the SC or the ST or the PH will thereby considered qualified if they can bag at least forty percent mark. Final year students of 12th Grade are also considered eligible in the condition that they will have to submit their 12th class pass out certificate during the counseling.
Procedure of Application:
- First off, candidates required to register in the official website of JEE. The website is: www.wbjeeb.in.
- After registration they will receive their application number that they must keep saved for further use.
- In the official site they will get an instruction bulletin which will help them in form fillup.
- The application must be filled up duly with all genuine info and following the specific format stated in the bulletin.
- If any contamination is found on application form it will be rejected automatically. Hence the applicants must be careful during the entire form filling process.
- Candidates must be honest too while providing info for dishonesty will lead to cancellation of the form.
- The form must be submitted within time.
